PERSONAL WORK (full exercice)

This is my first “full” CGI exercice from scratch to end. Not long before I did this, I followed an excellent formation about Arnold and I thought it was time to create a “real” image. So after drinking a coffee I found out that my coffee machine would be a perfect model to practice. It has sharp angles melted with rounded parts… tricky enough to see if my topology skills are good enough. After the modeling in Cinema 4D, I unwrapped the UVs in BodyPaint, created all the texture in Substance Painter, made the shader with Arnold and the lighting and rendering also with Arnold. The goal was to be as close as possible to photorealism.

Modeling : Cinema 4D
Texturing : Substance Painter
Shading, Lighting, Rendering : Arnold
Compositing : Nuke
